Yes it's Aipom. You can click "Aipom" to go to Serebii.net and get some info on Aipom and get the level.

AWS, I do mean 11 posts *slaps head* I'll change it now.

To earn the level, click the link to serebii.net (currently Aipom) and find a fact about the Pokemon of the week. Post the fact and I'll check to see if it's on the serebii.net page, and if it's true, you get a level. The fact can also be a fact about the strategy serebii.net suggests. (EX: Items it should hold, the 4 attacks, etc.)

Updates:
-Co-leaders are part of the New Member Welcomer Job (along with me)
-5 posts away from page 30, Teams in ~Team Pikachu~ will be posted there
-New Team Job - Pokemon Fact Checker - Is Availible

GlitchGuy, it's not really hard. To battle on NetBattle is kind of like battling in the games.
