Nope. Because there's 3 regions, I thought I could widen the positions. Take the E4 for instance. Intsead of just 4 people, 12 people can be the E4.

We don't have to. And there can be more than just those three teams. You dragonmaster can make a team and call it Eragon (from the movie) But some has to join before it becomes a real team.
