i cant catch moltres can you help with some tips please

you have to get moltres after you beat the cinnabar island gym or the game on one island you got to go to mt.ember. be sure to have the following on you:
1)Save game once you encounter moltres.
2)BUY As many ultraballs as you can carry/afford
3)Have high level pokemon around level 50-60 us atks like moves that paralyze and sleep moves to make it easer to catch.
4)Have an escape rope once you have cought/defeaed moltres for easy exit.
if you want come to team shiny zapdos and join i am one of the leaders we are preatty much the best team for pokemon no offence team KA i love you all!!.

And There is a way to make pokeballs act like masterballs
First Right when you throw the pokeball hold A and B
Then Exactly when the ball opens up hold B and Select
This will take a few tries and it only works w/ pokeballs
