Those are called sigs. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on Profile .

You should really read the pinned topics, they contain all the information you should ever need on SC.
EDIT :: Oops, I didn't realise the link had already been posted.
And looking at your sig, you know how to do it, as you had it removed :P
So, judging by the above, this topic should be left now, as it is solved, however I'll let TI25 make the decision on this, seeing as I am now going by his rules completely, and I am unsure of his stance on closing topics.
