Saddam hussein was executed earlier today, about an hour from now, he was hung (hanged??) It's probably on every one of your news channels right now, Images will be released later of the execution...

For what he did he should have had a decent punishment and that's not killin'

Aeshma, do you realize what kind of man hussein was? he was right up there with hitler, he killed well near 2 million people, I don't care how unfair his trial was, he got off lucky with getting hanged, we should have done a much more brutal execution...

I agree he should have been tortured and mutilated like a lot of his innocent victims were. He was worse than hitler, at least hitler did some good for germany in amongst the slaying of all those people

I think imprisonment would have been the better choice. Death is a quick punishment. Being in prison for life is a long term punishment. Every day he woke up would have another day of being punished.

A long life in a terrible prison would have worked better. What happens when he dies? Nothing he is just dead. Quick death is not cruel enough what he did. Punish him for life.
