Its on the left hand side of the psp it looks like the power switch. switch it up to turn it on.

Yes, it affects your percentage of completion. Also if you use cheats, your rank "Criminal Mastermind" for example will be reduced to "Amature Attention Seeker" or something. So i recommend you dont use cheats until AFTER you complete the game. Thats what i do anyway, there is no fun cheating.

Don't double post says the person thats double posted.
You should at least know what the cheats do, but if you use them then save with them still activated then you may have to say bye to that save-data.

Double Posting is when you post two forum posts when no one has replied to your prvious one.
Double Posting isnt allowed on SC, you cant write two posts by yourself. As you see above, you can write a normal post AND you can also post a reply after your previous post IF you add in the former poster's quote.

I dont use cheats at all on my main file,and I have completed the game 100% with a criminal rating of "assasin" I have a spare save where I use edison carters cheat device. (it can spawn cars, create your own objects in the game, infinite health, armour, floating cars,and moter bikes rocket speed etc)
using even one cheat will result in you losing a LOT of criminal rating points, even though rockstar was too lazy to put the number counter in there.

i use cheats a fair bit so maybe i should stop, the edison carter cheat device, where can you get that? I want one.
