Dragonair can be recruited as a substitiute for dragonite though his r-rate is - 19%!
Groudon's r-rate is - 10%!

i have groudon and rayquaza and kyogre there easy to get if your higher lvl and lucario rank comes a 15k

pimpblue,for the last time,THE RESCUE TEAM RANK DOES NOT MATTER WITH THE RECRUITMENT RATE OF THE POKEMON!!and the dungeons completed also does not matter.

are you sure,i have beaten him and i am lvl 96 swampert.and i am also lucario ranked.yet i cannot recruit him,that's on the second try.

to answer your question yes you can you have infinite tries to recruit legendaries, but i have noticed with groudon if you keep beating him it seems he gets stronger... PM me if you want me to make a sig for you

no,groundon does not get stronger.instead,he gets harder to recruit everytime

Groudon? Is that true? How awful! Best knock him out early on-make sure to be strong enough-what level is he at when you encounter him for recruitment(and if people give different answers, perhaps it's true he gets stronger!)because there's no point even going until you're leader's a few above that level! I know pimpblue knows a lot of these levels, don't you???
Oh, no, how did I manage to stumble onto this again?!? OK, I finally agreed to disagree about ranking not mattering and just assume the Pokemon in my game like me more than other people's do, because I don't have as much trouble recruiting as most? And it's not my leader's level, that's for sure! Although that's the biggest factor in recruiting anyway, the leader's level...
Anyway, that issue is buried I hope, but I'm happy to see you there pimpblue, and as a Mod, no less! Congrats, keep up the good work, etc. Hope you read/saw my apology a while back cuz I do not hate you at all man! Didn't see you for a while, and I've had technical difficulties, but you know where I'll be, at the Q&A where the truly helpless tend to go! Again, congrats and nothin but love for you man!

I got all the Pokemon a person could dream of, and still working on more. If you need to know the truth, seek it out here, as I am obsessed with answering all the questions I can as best I can. I can verify Event Pokemon, too! My collection keeps growing!

legendary dogs is more or less easier to recruit then other legends
legendary dogs joined me when i killed them the 2nd time(after the spinda incident)and the guidebook say they join rate is somewhat likely

So basically we can say that with legendaries, some people are A LOT more lucky than others. I got kyogre on my first try, it took me about 25 times to recruit groudon and 7 to recruit rayquaza, and over 10 each to recruit the dogs. And, knowall, you might want to edit your post back there with the writing in all caps.. You might get reported. And, pokefan, don't double or triple post please. It's against the rules. You might benefit from reading them.
