I got 230mph in the BMW M3 GTR. And as for the cheat I think you need to look at the cheats section there.

ha beat ya i got 251 in vw golf but i did have pretty much all junkman after doin it up with ultimates lol im well good but me fastest is 280 in porshe carrera gt
