I have ruby and sapphire for gba and i have mystery event on both. But i dont know how to do the mystery event. I need help.

if you have the tickets, goto a port and talk to the lady by the ship, she should say you can goto southern island, and would take you there if you agreed

You either need an E-Reader Card or you can cheat one in with an AR or GS. I could have given you the codes aswell but my AR and GS both gave up the ghost afew days ago.
