Interesting "fact" (Not sure if it's true) - In some gangster area in an American state, the baggier your trousers are, the more respected you are. This is for a simple reason - most gangsters wear "hand-me-down" clothes, meaning that if you have big trousers, your sibling must be big, therefore people will show you respect for the fear of being mugged by your rather large sibling. Well, I say mugged, but this is a gangster area, so shot is probably closer to the truth.
