easiest way is to do a level 3 or higher guild quest in the forest n hills and search in the central bone pile of area 5

u hav to do a hard or g-rank quild quest and search in a bone pile.you could try highest lvl gathering quests.thats all i no of tho

The 'Cat Chief' is the cat in the kitchen that is at the top of the order list (he wears the red scarf) and he gives you a silver ticket ever 10 times 2 chefs cook for you.

Trading silver ticket doesn't work, he doesn't take them i tried it like a million times. I got it on the 4* Guild Quest Capture a Kut-Ku and i searched the enst right after i caught the kut-kut, (i searched by accident)
