Ok If your level 3-15 here are some tips.

1. Stick with Goblins/Cows/Seagulls/Chickens, There easy to kill and you might get some bronze armor from goblins and exp.
2.Start fishing and cooking, save yourself some money and get your own food and get that well valued EXP!
3.Start Woodcutting and Firemaking, You need those fires to cook your food!
4.Mining and Smithing, Save even more money and make your own armor. You can even sell what you have that you don't need for more money!
5.Runecraft it is easy to get your Runes for free and its easy, aslo could sell runes to people that need them
Follow those tips for your first 12 levels and you'll be off to a good start!

Next to come levels 15-25!

Congratulations You are now level 15 if you are taking these tips. Now I would suggest continuing the WoodCutting Fire Making ect. as in steps 2-5. This will help you keep earning the all mighty Money, but for monsters I would suggest fishing more food and cooking. Store about 100 of what ever fish you can fish. Then go fight Dwarfs. If you go to the White Knights Castle in Falador see if you can get a level 40+ to help you train. How this works is the level 40+ attacks first and you attack next. The White Knight will continue to fight the level 40+ while you get exp and use no food.WARNING! ask people if they will share the knight with you other wise be prepared to be called a Noob...No big deal there but ask to earn their respect. Once you get to level 25.......

Next to Come level 25-35!

Welcome to Level 25!
From here on Continue the steps 2-5 and get food. Go fight those pesky gaurds at the edge of Falador and Varrock (other towns if you are a member aslo). Don't be afraid, as long as you ahve plenty of food you will be doing good. Keep attacking until about level 30. Then move onto Hill Giants

They drop Big Bones 100% of the time which give 15 prayer exp each! Back in the Doungeon farther there are Skeltons and many more monsters. BUT BE CAREFUL! Bring lots of food to fight down here.

You may want to neaten up your rs dictionary list. It's hard to navigate.

Also try and get it in 3 colloms, it'll save space
