i want an ANIMATED sig, i want Jirachi and SHINY umbreon on it but i want a cool moving back gorund if possible?the abck gorudn is free for all i want u guys to make it somethign that goes with the 2 pokemon

Could you be a little more specific on how you want it animated, or maybe a certain background color?
