I think there are codes for both, but I don't have any for Emerald. I've used them on Sapphire then used the trader guy to get them in Emerald.

But they can be traded into Emerald by the Trader guy in Mauville...if he's in your specific game.

The guy in the Pok�mon Center. Up in the NW part, there's a guy sitting there. He can be a Secret Base decoration trader, a storyteller, and a bunch of other crap, and he'll switch every time you mix records. It's compicated, and I don't want to explain it here and now.
