I think free running rocks in my town me and my mates go running up huge walls and doing vaults and cat leaps its so fun anyone who hasn't got a clue what it is, find out and give it a go cos i'm telling you you'll love it

Ye you do need to be pretty strong but i lift weights so i've got that pretty much covered besides you have to start somewhere right? so if you just go on some websites and get a few moves to practice, find somewhere to do it, then you'll eventually get fitter and that will open up new moves you can do...............it's a bit like a game.
