To get twin wait till the woman is giving birth,when she is making the noise,type in twinsaretowcute.there is no lines in it or spacaes it is all one word. I've got 8 kides....

i did that cheat and i try it everytime but it never worked. i think you can get sims by chance on of my sims had twin alien babies.

You have to do ctrl shift and c then type twinsaretwocute. There is a 5% chance of getting twins naturally without the cheats according to the Official Game Guide.

But can't you just type in "Forcetwins" when they are pregnant, and then they have twins?
Also, is there anyway to pick the gender of the two twins?

The "Forcetwins" code only works if you have the newest expansion pack. If you don't if won't work.
Remember, it's only cheating if you get caught.

Oh and there isn't anyway you could pick the gender of the sim, that I know of.

Wait TheSimsCheats if you clone your sim!if you clone a guy it will be a girl.If you clone a girl it will be a guy!
How You Clone[u][/u]
SHIFT+CTRL+C then enter boolProp TestingcheatEnabled true
SHIFT+left click the sim you want to clone
Click on Spawn,then click tombstone of L and D(a tombstone will appear)
Shift+crtl+c then enter boolProp TestingcheatEnabled false
Choose the babies parent(male=female&female+male)
Click the tombstone and choose "Impregnate"
Click the name of the sim you want to clone(remember to be them as you do this)
The clone should look exactly like them!
