I found a gastroden and it's a male and it's green so is it a shiney?

It's not a shiny sorry to say, because Gastrodon is like Shellos, color differs depending on if you caught it in the east or west. The Gastrodons are (pink) and (blue-green)

does anyone know where 2 get shinys? and also: can you breed a shiny pokemon w/ another shiny pokemon or ditto and the baby will be shiny 2?

when u see a shony stars go all around it and its noise is alot louder

to know if it's a shiny look when you battle it. when it appears, stars will come out from it only at the beginning, and a star will be on its summary. i found a shiny starly(brown) when i just started off, and accidentaly killed it with a critical hit peck from piplup. it sucked. after 6 or 7 badges i founs a blue shellos in east that was shiny(cuaght it with a quick ball) it was just a lighter shade of blue than normal.

No, you have just as much of a chance of getting a shiny from an egg as you do encountering one in the wild.
