please any one who can answer me It would be a big help I need these chips so I can get the 5th star what is the easyest way to get these chips mistman v3,v4 and bowlman v2,v3,v4 please anyone who can help it would realy realy realy realy help ( I have 80 megachips and all two hundred standard chips and I have 8 program advances) thanks

1.Well how i got my chips is by using a gameshark on another game for the completed library, and then just compared so i could get all the chips i didn't have, But you have to have alot of money to buy them.
2.Or you can just trade from megaman blue to get the bowlman chips, and just kill mistman and get his chips.
