I use cheats they work buy because the girl makes a sound and i do it fast but then when i hit start to go back to the game my cheats don't work. i did the gnome cheat first .

Did you touch the gnome and unlocked them from there after you did the code?

Use the gnome cheat, then put in the rest of the cheats. Then, find the gnome thing outside - it doesn't look like a gnome by the way. Then, choose the cheat you want to activate by interacting with it.
