this is a place to talk about games and other subjects btween members, there will be NO double, triple, or any more posting allowed. you will lose a rank everytime you do so. NOTICES and UPDATES do not count as double posting when i have posted just before them. Moderators, please take note of this.

TEAM MOTTO: "When we are born, we are given a clean slate. What we do with that slate is our choice. Even if someone makes the wrong choice, (he/she) can correct that mistake over time."

RULE ON BANNING FROM THIS TEAM: From now on, anyone, including leaders, MUST only SUGGEST who they want to be fired. Then, the entire team will hold a vote on wether or not the person shall be fired. Under this new rule, i hope to take away biast firings and make a calm, peaceful resoultion to these types of problems.

these are the powers for the ranks:

Brigadere Generals: can give unruly people warnings and can demote or promote people(in lower ranks than them, if they want a promotion or want to demote someone of equal or higher rank, they have to consult me or champ)(they also have all the powers of a Colonel)

Colonels:can promote privates to other colonels.Colonels are responsible for helping recruting other members(they can open other threds)

Privates:they can only wait till they get a promotion.

BANNED FROM THIS TEAM: ALL OF JUSTINS ACCOUNTS, Big SMoke, EcW

REFERRAL AND ADVERTISING: Every single member is now allowed to advertise their teams here. And, if you get a new member, tell them when they join that you refferred them, and you are more likly to get a promo.

(Note: you CANNOT promote someone just because you like them, they have to help some else, never spam, and never argue or complain about their rank.)(the leaders and the moderators also can restrict any power to any given member)(leaders control everything and holrd the right to ban members from the team)(mods help in the decsions and have all the powers of the lower ranks)
