I failed half-way through part 2 so I drifted off and made my current... I do like many techniques used in the tut, I will be sure to use them in future sigs

Thta's because you didn't lower the opacities of the layers as said in the tut. It's also like you Didn't Change the layer modes.

I think I know what I did wrong but I'm not sure... in part one you didn't put the settings for the Wind filter and my render pasting sucked Pokeballs. And in part two my Add Alpha Channel wasn't working (it wouldn't let me click it). I think I'll try again and I'll post if anything else comes up.

Just set it to the right then blast and Find the thing there and set to both
