Appeal all offenses.
If your still over 10 blackmarks they give you a final chance to redeem yourself. Try it.
If your stats are only ok you should start a new account because if you have 9 blackmarks odds are you are going get to 10 eventually.

But if you do what C101 said to do you might get the account back. Do everything you can to get it back in the Ban Appeal and try to provide some proof that you couldn't have been there at the time the account was banned. If the proof is good enough they may just let you off.

yep, appeal is only way...maybe ask them to check the ip adress etc. (doubt they will) but yeah, there is always hope

so your saying, its a 50-50 chance of getting your account back..., they scan through all the messages in my opinion and just pick the ones thats easy to read...

Report works, one of my friends friend had 15.8black marks and he appealed saying Sorry and they unbanned his account. I thought they should had perm muted him..
