	...ummm...it might be a long time but you have to get to a pokemon event after getting mystery gift...you need to have an Aurora Ticket...you can sail on a ferry to Birth Island afterwards...a rock will be there...you examine it and it moves...follow it in the least number of steps you can possibly take...move it until it cracks into a Deoxys... lv.30 and it's in speed form in Emerald, Defense for LG, and Attack for FR. as for Mew...it's basically the same process, but it's NOT on Birth Island. No, no, it's on Faraway Island, and you need the Old Sea Map. Mew, when you're there, will play hide and seek with you... keep on "winning" to battle it at lv.30. And as a little bonus, I can tell you about Navel Rock. Antoher event thing, in which you need the Mystic Ticket. A cave there will have two paths, take the one that goes up to meet Ho-oh, the one that goes down to meet Lugia. And since I'm such a sweet guy, use itemfinder on the exact spot where Ho-oh was to get a Sacred Ash (revives all pokemon to full health). and what level they are?... I don't know. Happy hunting! (also, you can't do any of this in S/R...and you can't do Mew in S/R/FR/LF either. Just a little tip...hehehe... Celebi is the best. 	You need to wait for a Nintendo Event, everybody. They had one last year, so wait. They have these "Pokemon Centers" that open while they are happening. Those are another way to get any pokemon you want (this has nothing to do with the Tickets or the Old Sea Map) You sorta put your game boy inside, and you have a 1/386 chance of getting the pokemon you want. (You may not choose what Pokemon you get.) I think its the Mystery event that activates it, heh. But I haven't done it myself, so I'm not 100% sure. Oh, and you didn't hear it from me. The nice man is also right. Plus Mew and Deoxys are at level 30 so if you EVER get the chance... Make sure you don't bring your stronger pokemon to Mew and Deoxys... Celebi is the best. 	if you can't get to the "event" then AR warp to the islands, don't bother trying to get them by encounter. they'll obey if you get them from the islands provided that you have the necessary badges.

	did you try the rebattle code for the latios/latias on the island? I didn't have to mess with that ... just traded it from Ruby.

	how do u get a celibi on pokemon emerald.all the codes i used for the action replay didnt work P.S.:i got a rukario the wave guider on pokemon emerald from my friend if anyone can tell me the right code for celebi ill say the rukario code

	you need a wild modifier that works for your particular AR/GS or whatever you have. You hafta catch the celebi in a wild encounter. Unfortunately I have the AR Duo and it seems like the wild modifiers don't work on it right now. All I come up with is a ton of sunflora. Hopefully I will have the code in the next few hours. Tell me which AR or whatever you have and I might be able to help.

	i belive it is action replay version 2.0. P.S. i cant say the rukario code right away because as i said i got it from my friend and im not sure if itll even work on AR Duo because he has the same AR as me
