Try um... the E4 cave, idk, ummm... around high fifties or low sixties.
There is no theory of evolution. Just a list of animals that I allow to live.

I recommend battling the wild pokemon and trainers in E4 victory road.

An average of level 50 with the correct type matching would suffice.
Everybody at 60 would make it a breeze, same conditions apply.
Alternatively, one overpowered level 80+ would do the job if you pump ethers and full restores after each battle... which is what I did because I was rushing...
