General Mod Help.

I need help with playing as the boss general Leang. I downloaded the mod off cncden.com and onto my usb flash drive. It says INI but still isn't working. I don't know what to do. My friend said that in the documents file "Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data" there should be a file called "data." But it is not there, except when I go to My Computer and to Local Disk. Even then it still is not working. What should I do because General Leang looks awesome? Anybody know what to do?

Replace the original INI file with the one you downloaded, but DO make sure to make a backup of your original somewhere though, because if the INI file you downloaded is bad/corrupted, then ya have a problem and can reinstall it (the game) all over again.

Okay and I was wondering how to get the 1.04 patch on. It seems that even after I downloaded that it would not work on the game.
