Gohan. Goku might come in second, but Gohan would beat everyone because of these three reasons:
1. He has the most willpower and determination of any anime character.
2. His power level is definitely over nine-thousand.
3. Kamehameha makes opponents go boom.

Nah, Gaara is too over rated. He's one of my favorite characters, but he's built up too much and loses. Naruto, Kimimaru, and Deidara have all beaten him. Kimimaru would've killed him but he died just in time to save Gaara, so I guess that's a win for Gaara. He loses too much, yet he's Kazekage.
Goku would win simply because he's the strongest in DBZ and all DBZ characters are all way too strong for any other Anime I've seen.
I would like to see a Gaara vs. Byakuya Kuchiki fight though. That'd be interesting.

Gohan beats Goku because Goku would be too busy charging a Spirit Bomb like always, and by the time he finishes, Gohan would have pwned everyone else and countered Goku's bomb with a massive Kamehameha, just like he did to Cell in the alternate ending of the Cell saga. (Hah! Has anyone else actually seen the alternate ending? :P)
