My dog died...

Yeah, she was an old dog, 14 years old, died today, they put here down, im sad

I give you my condolences. It's always sad to lose a family pet.

fox, i am so sorry, and i can relate

not too long ago, my 13 year old dog had to be put to rest out of mercy. she had really bad hips and had lost control of her bowels (see, thats where the mercy comes in). it was actually two weeks ago.

same here, except she had a tumor, wasint eating, eyes giving out, had a seizure last year, which she survived

She wouldv'e died next month anyway they said, and it wouldv'e been a slow and painful death

well, if she would have suffered, then it was probably best she was put down, although it is very sad and im still sorry to hear it.

yeah, it was probably for the best, took me a while to cope with that though

and my dogs name was Lottie. she was a good dog, but she was old and it was her time.

I hope Lottie rests in peace

My dog died last year, She was like a sister, almost.

I had to make the decision to have her put down, Hardest decision of my life.

I watched her be put down, and after I saw her breath her last breath of air I started shaking uncontrollably.

I know how you feel dude, but if I could recommend something, I suggest you get a new dog. I know that you'll feel like the new dog can never be the same as the old dog, but trust me you'll feel better, I got a new dog shortly after my dog, and it somewhat healed the emotional wounds.
