No, The Dallas Cowboys are rivals with Philadelphia. The only reason they are rivals with the 49'ers and the Steelers is that the first one of them to win the next Superbowl wins title for most won Superbowls.

The Steelers team of the 70's is the greatest team ever, the Defense was awesome. The 49rs of the 80's with Joe Montana was the second greatest team and then it's the 82-83 Washington Redskins which scored 541 points in a single season.
