If you don't want to hurt her feelings, you'll do it yourself. Imagine how you'd feel if one of her friends came up to you and said "Oh, hey, Jane* doesn't want to go out with you anymore." How would you feel? Not too happy, i'd imagine. Dump her personally or not at all.
