Hey i have watched some Japanese & English Versions of Anime Cartoons. Why is that Japanese Version has Violence where blood & cuts & when they attack eachother. With the English version they show a black screen with the attacks shows & attacks there enemy. Why is that?

Normally English versions are subject to much tighter censorship laws that basically say that violence of that sort isn't allowed.

Yeah, pretty much what Super Craig said. Japan has looser censorship laws about violence, I mean, look at Yu-Gi-Oh, I can't even SAY some of the things that happens in the Japanese version of the show...
