	light ball is found by getting a pikachu if your lucky it will hold a light ball.

	Pikachu are found in the Safari Zone, they might be holding Light Ball. Breed Pikachu with Light Ball on it, and then it will learn Volt Takle when it hatchs. Yawn - what is there to say?

	correction on SS5 vageto's post when you breed the two Pikachus...Raichus...w/e..the light ball MUST be attached to the female!or pichu will NOT learn volt tackle...and hey you want tackle its 10 times better than all the other (Charizard,Venasaur,Blastoise's)Ultimate moves ,learned from the lady in either Fire Red or Leaf Green...because you dont have to waste a turn "recharging" just lose a lil HP...and If you have a shell bell attached in general you'll gain back all the damage you delt(well generally at least depending on type of course) hope I helpd! ~Engel der bosheit drop me a line on my Gaia account: X x XCaracarnX x X

	That is what I said, but it have learned Volt Tackle when the breeded Pokemon hatchs. =/ Yawn - what is there to say?

	Volt tackel is probly one of the best moves in the game the only bad thing is it deals 1/3erd the dameg done to the enamy and if you have leftovers or a shell bell you get back most of the pokemons HP that was lost and there is is no waiting unlike powerfull moves like Hyper beam My dragon has issues ()xxxxxx[\|]::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::> (+[__]: WARNING: "Next left" does not mean "turn left immediately."
