Resident Evil 4 is part of a long line of RE games, also it's an Action/Horror film. So you have to automatically know that it Would be scary.

It's not that scary once you've played through it once though, especially once you have the guns with unlimited ammo (eg. Chicago typewriter, infinite launcher, ect.)

Well those are the only weapons that have infinite ammunition if I'm not mistaken.

I'm not over 15. In fact I'm 13. I do not find Resident Evil games scary. Some people may, but I don't.
