because it maust first be Nook'N'Go or something first.If the one you listed is the third upgrade than after a while it will trun into Nookingtons. So just change the date if it is.

I did that and changed the time a month and it was there. (I think I don't really remember that much)

It just takes a lot of time/buying/selling and then you get Nookingtons.
