The White Cat is Gatomon. It is found in Highlight Haven in Dawn or can be degenerated from an Angewomon. As for Skullagumon, I think you mean BlackAgumon, which is a Dusk-only starting digimon, in the Process Factory(Dusk only), by degenerating a Candlemon and digivolving into BlackAgumon, or by degenerating a Vermilimon/Skullgreymon 2 stages.

You can get Gatomon, but only from Degenerating, and the process factory is unlocked by either putting a Scared DarkTyrannomon in your farm or by accepting the quest: ProcessBattle Tourney at the Machine Quest Counter.

blackagumon evolves into DTyranomon!
how am i suppost to get a DTyranomon if i can't evolve anything into on?

You can unlock the Shadow Abyss and SkullGreymon being found there by taking Zanbamon's Quest after beating ExoGrimmon.

You need to DNA a BlackWarGrowlmon(Found in Shadow Abyss or by digivolving a Growlmon) with a Diaboromon(Dusk Exclusive) or match a Goulmon with a Goulmon Black.

Technically no, Growlmon isn't a Dawn Exclusive. You can obtain Guilmon by matching. I also just remembered that Diaboromon ISN'T Dusk Exclusive, it can be obtained from an Evil Spot Egg. As for Shadow Abyss, you can access it by putting a Lazy Megidramon(One of WarGrowlmon's digivolutions) or a Cool Vikemon(Zudomon's Digivolution) into your Farm Island.

In Dawn, it is found in the Task Canyon, where as in Dusk, I had to get it by Matching with my Brother.
