I know that their are 3 different types of ps3's but are the graphics the same for all 3, or do the 60, and 80 gb have better graphics because of the amount of memory? I wanna get a ps3 for christmas so i wanna know what's so different about them.

Also, if I get one, I'm going to get Kane and lynch, and Ninja Gaiden Sigma, anyone know any other good games to buy? I'm just waiting for mgs4 come out...
Great, I'm moving. Who knows when you'll see me again.

There are absolutely no graphic differences in the models. The only difference is that the 40 GB model and no backwards compatability. If you only want it for PS3 games, go for the 40 GB. If you still only want it for PS3 games but want the 40 GB of extra space go for the 80, its only about 100 bucks more and you can play all games. Personally I think 40 gigs would run out too fast, especially once all the good games start flowing (MGS4, FFXIII, SC4, RE5, SH5). And I deffinately reccomend Ninja Gaiden Sigma, it's a really good game with awesome graphics and it's a good challenge.

Good bye everyone, it's been fun!

Oh okay, thanks Riku. I was kinda worried that if I got the lower model then I wouldn't be able to see the game in their full glory. I'll try to get an 80gb. I know it's a challenge, lol. I've seen my friend throw his controller across the room talking about how hard it was, and i played it a little on the xbox.

Ok maybe if Riku's anwer was a little bit unclear I will repost what he said.

Graphically all three are the same. You will not notice a pin drop of a difference.

40 gb though CAN NOT PLAY PS2 games unlike the 60 gb and the 80 gb. It can play PS1 games

60 gb plays 98% of all PS2/PS1 games and the 80 gb plays 90% of all PS2/PS1 games.

Other than a few memory card slots, and usb ports there is not much difference between them.

There are no memory card slots in the 40 gb one. But no biggie.. you probably won't use it. (As in camera/PSP memory cards. PS3 doesn't need memory cards)

I myself reccommend the 80 gb. You get a free game plus it's the same price as the 60 gb.
