How many monitors are you hooked up to? What would be the best configuration? EG: What size screen/s? On top of eachother or side-by-side? ect... How many monitors can your computer allow???
Personally, I have 2 monitors... My main display (20 in widescreen) running Leopard, while my secondary display (17in) running Windows XP at the same time. I can go up to 16 monitors hooked up simultaniously, but i just can't afford that configuration!
More than one monitor impedes game performance, as I've found in the past. I used to use both a LG Flatron 19" LCD and a Sony HMD-A400 19" CRT, but now I only use the former. I use no less than 1280 x 1024.
In college, when we were in the studios, all the computers had two displays, which was really good for ProTools, since you could have the tracks and audio on one screen, and levels on the other
I am currently running a one monitor configuration, 19" widescreen, not sure who it's made by though. 1440x900 pixels. It's good for some things, but stretched out most web pages.
No idea about what model my monitor is, but I think it's from Diffusion or something. It's LCD and standard resolutions are 1024x768 and refresh rate at 60Hz. Colour quality is 32 bits.
Status = Part Time.
