Even though I'm an oldie, and was growing up as a kid during the release of the original Trilogy... I would have to say Episode III too - It rocked. The other two prequels left a lot to be desired in my opinion.

Episode 3 was my favorite with episode 5 and 6 tied for second favorite. The old movies were good but the light saber fights were terrible.

Episode III, of course. Episodes I and II weren't that great, honestly. The original trilogy was definately better than those two.
