To get to Glitch Island, you have to find a rock in water at Victory Road, then use Rock Smash and Strength on it.
I have not found this rock yet, but if you know where it is, please post! I have AR if it helps.

As far as I know, and I know a lot, there is no such thing as Glitch Island.

Did you actually SEE him/her do it? Well no, or you'd know where the rock was.

I think I remember it being in Pokemon Blue and Yellow and Red. I didn't see it in Gold in Silver so that ment to me that Glitch Island was over with.
Most likely unless you and your friend got some "updated" Pokemon Diamond or Pearl then there is no such thing in this game.

There is no such thing as glitch island legally in the game. Your friend must have made it up so don't believe everything someone tells you.

I agree with Inferno_Blast the only Island i remember is in pokemon emerald,saffire,and ruby where your supposed to catch jiachi, but its just an island with alot of berries.

The closeset thing to glitch island you will find is probally the glitch town in Red and Blue, or the mirage island from the jewel series.
