It's more of a subtle change than a completely new one. There are more changes if you use the skin selector and view the forums in the different color options.

Chaos, next scheduled mod applications review is August 21, 2010. However I reserve to right to do them once or twice before then, but at no specific date.

I can't say it's better than the last one. It's not even as good as the last one......but it is close. Just a little to cartoony is the only thing I don't like.I am looking through skins now...
Live life as the exception to the rule.

Pretty nice except the UGO symbol is in a white box. Shiny letters do give the site a little 'bazaaam'!
