If you own Pokemon Diamond or Pearl, and you have wireless internet, you may post here.
I'm MegamaniaZX from Maplestory, and also a long-time hardcore Pokemon player. I can create Pokemon for those who don't own an Action Replay. To the staff, these Pokemon are legit, and all of them, including Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus, are playable on both versions, and on Pokemon Battle Revolution on the Wii. The Pokemon I create also can be shiny (at your request), and because I'm horrible at the Level Modifier, I can make these Pokemon at Level 100.
