is it possible to get more then 1 enchant on a weapon/armor? If so how?

as far as i know i think its one enchant.

Yeah it is only one enchantment. I'm still trying to figure out about permanent enchantments. See through out my journey of cyrodil I have encountered 3 weapons that have have this green marker at the bottom left corner. Now these enchantments are permanent because you never have to recharge them. I don't know how but they are just like this. I will post again with more info on this later. Until then please report if you have seen anything like this.

that sounds interesting... by the way, to be on topic, yes, weapons can be enchanted, if you do the enchanting, to have more than one enchantment. Armor, not so. You do it in the Arcane University.
