my Skyline (R34) topped 250mph, in speed "strange", I couldnt go over that

The maximum speed that we can see is 250mph which is 402.317348km/h.
However, in the stats if you're at max speed for long enough it will blip into 251mph (403.926617km/h).
It's the maximum speed in the game completely.
However, if we based it all on stock, then yes the Zonda is indeed the fastest.

i just found a patch, for the xbox360 version. where it removes that top speed limiter

When my Nissan GT-R goes into 251 or 250 mph, its goes total uncontrollable. It steer itself to the right or left.

Hmm....It shouldn't because when a car in the game reaches that Top Speed it should effectively be "prevented" from steering never mind steering itself...
