Back on topic...a common place is around Rodeo.I found tons there including Slamvans,Windsors,Buffalos...and even a Turismo!(There are many more cool cars besides what I said...)If you don't find one there,then...well it could be in other rich places like in San Fierro at Jizzy's "Palace" under the Gant Bridge...tons of rare cars there...
