I'm using the VisualBoyAdvance emulator, and the TM/HM codes don't work, anybody know why they might be not doing anything?

Anybody know the individual item ids of decorations? Especially the ones you can't get like Regice doll? I have a code that lets you buy items
82005274 0 followed by the item index number.
the site had a list of the numbers, like 001 is masterball and 0B3 is bright powder. but don't know how to find the index numbers for any decorations which they overlooked including in bulbapedia's item list...

not in the bag but you can buy it in a pokemart(it reads potion there but it works) if you know the 3 number id.

you should try to look in the underwater patch right after you come from lilycove city there are lots of easy relicanths.

Came across an interesting glitch with this one (at least, I think it's a glitch). I had the master code, wild shiny pokemon, and male adamant nature codes on, and captured a Taillow. I then noticed I was having some difficulties with my starter, as in it was ignoring my commands. I thought the game had just managed screw itself up somehow, but when I checked the IDs, I found that my ID had changed to 00000, like Taillow's, while Treeko's was 04400.

Again, not sure if this is supposed to happen, just found it interesting. Also, fighting Roxanne is gonna suck.

For some reason All "SHINY" Starter Pokemon are MALES. Anyone got the same problem?

I can't seem to figure out the code to make the starter Pokemon shiny. I've used the shiny pokemon code (which only works on wild PKMN, but may work with the access Birch's bag code). The access Birch's bag code doesn't work anyway, and the shiny code doesn't work with the procedure you normally go through to get to Birch's bag. Please help me! I have looked all over for a code that makes the starter Pokemon shiny, but all the codes I found were faulty or didn't work.
Btw, the code I need is for the US version.

So i am looking for max IV codes ,and none of the codes I found in here worked. Playing on the mobile emulator MyBoy and downloaded the game from coolrom.
