this is pissing me off; my posts are being cut down after submission... i can't remember wtf i said before already so i'm just gona give u ya rating and some minor suggestions:

vap - dun flail
jolt - dun flail, don't stack same atks with same effects on other pokes (rain dance)
flare - dun mix techs that'll conflict (flare is the onli one benefiting from a sunnyday) give it something to hold to up its stats when you endure
Ttar - AP is dependant upon playing style, but since you can't afford to waste turns, a solid rock slide would be better than AP; even if you did hack a 10% all-stat-boost, it's stil not worth dying over... also if u have the time to breed for outrage, breed for dragon dance; Ttar is THE BEST dragon dancer (if it pulls it off, heh)
mewtwo - has toxic which is stupid, has safeguard which is useless in many cases for mewy, and recover... is ok maybe? but if they can hurt you more than half your health then recover is useless, and if they couldn't... den... just kill em... this set is not good
drago - there seems to be a tendancy of people wanting to use drago as a special sweeper or bolt beamer; dont. it's a dragon and should stick with it's signiture dragon dance... otherwise do something inovative with its old moves like wrap trapping or wave-rysing or agilpumps... use your imagination
