Unofficial Supercheats Tier List (First Draft)

The following is based purely off of the opinions of users here, and is therefore not

accurate. This is the first of drafts that will be created and tested in order to make the

most accurate "unofficial tier list."

Comments and criticism are completely welcome, and will be taken into consideration. Feel

free to speak your mind (no flamming please). If there are any suggestions as to movement

of a character's current tier location, they will be posted right under here for approval

of remaining members here.

Gannondorf should not be in the bottom teir. Upper he should be in.

Ganon is bottom.

DDD should be upper.
Lucas should be higher in the Middle tier
G&W should be middle.
Fox middle
Olimar higher in the upper tier.
Wolf should be bottom of upper.

i think this is about right
dd shouldn't be upper
lucas should be higher in the middle tier
g&w should be middle
fox middle
olimar should be in middle
wolf should be top

Gamerad- Provide a reason for Ganondorf's upper tier position, otherwise it will be thought that you only like the character.

Oli- Calm down, it's just the first draft. I will, however, put your request in the first post for people to discuss. Here are my reasons for your following comments.

DDD- He was actually split between people rating him high tier and people rating him lower tier. I settled for putting him in the middle, though the issue of his true standing should be brought to attention.

Lucas and Olimar- The actual position that they are in under the tier category does not matter. The order that the characters are displayed is merely the order in which I decided to judge each character. I will plan to order them accordingly in draft two, but for now I am just trying to settle the debate on WHICH TIER each character belongs in.

G&W- He was rated upper tier by more players than middle tier, but that can be debated.

Fox- He was also rated upper tier more than middle tier, but that may also be debated.

Wolf- Most players agree that Wolf is top or high upper tier. I can put that up for debate, but I doubt it will change much.


I will put all of the current debates up in the first post under the red text!

Gannondorf has the strengh. When people make him fly into the air, you can suprise attack them with B down. He has lots more, I dont have enough time though.

To satisfy Oli (who so far is the only one that completely hates the tier list), lets start some discussion on character placements.

Let us start with Dedede's placement. Should he be upper, lower, or stay in the middle? Please try to give constructive reasons for your choices.

Though Ganondorf is strong, I believe most players will agree with me when I say that he is too slow to be effective. His smash animations are amongst the slowest as well, making hit hard to hit people with finishing moves (especially the faster charcters).

My overall Opinion Yoshi should at be Middle, I feel that hes not a lower tier this time. With his edge guards it makes him decent. Even though many will say that he is fail. I feel that hes a middle tier.

DDD Debate: well with forceful Attack, but very slow. I say hes a middle.

DDD is upper.

Chaingrab most characters.

Dedecide

Nice tilts, good jabs.

Good air game, he has a nice nair, bair, uair and fair. (i personally dont think his Dair his that good, could be good for edgeguarding a suppose.)

Strong smashes, few that come out quick.

His Side-B is very effective for camping and Gordo's have KO potential. Along with the Waddle Dee's bodyslam! :D

He pretty much cant be gimped as his recovery is so good.

Swallow -> jump off -> spit under map. You can KO people without multiple jumps.

The mech hammer is great for unexpected kills.

So DDD for UPPER tier. (I dont even play this penguin so im not being biased)

DDD is a very good charcter, but hard to use for beginers, since his speed is horriable.

Also put a sonic up against DDD, and say goodbye.


Overall Opinion: middle

Wario should be high tier, he is actually really good. He has great air mobility, good aerials(such as his a up, and a side) great recovery, forward smash is amazing (armor) and his bike is actually really usful.

The bad thing about him is he does bad against sword type charicters(they have range he doesn't) and his only kill moves are his forward smash, in air a up, and his fart.

But taking all this into account I still think he deserves to be high tier.

Oh and I don't think the watch should be moved down to middle tier, but he's a hard one cause I don't think he belongs high tier, he belongs in like a mid/high tier lol.

And may I ask how kirby is low tier lol? Thats just crazy.

Over all not a bad tier list, nice job.

k dawg is right about ddd and yoshi. yoshi has gotten much better this time around. great range (egg throw, egg slide or watever u call it) some great aerials (dair is good for racking up damage up air comes out incredibly quick)

Warios only kill moves are not fsmash and uair.

His dsmash can kill so can his usmash and his dair.

I agree with Yoshi being middle but i cannot be bother to contribute to this thread as everyone ignores me and argues against me. I posted a big paragraph on how DDD is upper tier but people just ignore me.

Oli: I read the paragraph. Everyone is entitled to there own opinions. I kinda side with Edge hes not High or middle hes like in-betwee,
