El Gigante vs Bella Sisters

After killing the fish (so fun), you go through the game, etc, then you come to two gates. Left reveals tons of Ganados followed by the Bella Sisters, and the right is an El Gigante. Which did you/would you rather, face?

Well i actually did both for more money but El Gigante is easier and also has more items.

Dude, I had no idea you played this game. If you have guts, and want a harder challenge, then go for the Bella Sisters, I did. Gigante is easier to beat. I guess you could say I would rather face the Bella Sisters.

I opted for Gigante. You can beat him with the knife, but it takes a long time. The rocket launcher is quicker and the merchant is there by the gates. I have beat the game 4 times on normal and never went the other way.

He rented it, I did too but... Xp

Over my years, I've never once faced the Bella Sisters. I think I'll try them next time I rent the game.

I went for the Gigante twice, the Bellas once. Bellas are more fun, but kind of harder if you're a newbie.

Of course, you can just run past the Gigante and out the door...

First time I played, I fought El Gigante by accident. I didn't know about the Bella Sisters, and thought a horde of cackling peasants would be easier than a giant ogre. I also thought a giant ogre would need more room to move around, so I went for what looked like the smaller area. Halfway down the valley, El Gigante appears.

Next playthrough, I went the other way and got murdered repeatedly.

Playthrough after that, I had the Chicago Typewriter and killed them both accordingly.

I got absolutely wrecked by the Bella Sisters the first time I tried... So I went to the Gigante, and had no problem at all. I'll try them next playthrough. Best strategy for them?

Have Ashley hide in one of those brown boxes near the start of the area. If you do not have Ashley hide, she will get in your way. You will need to save up your ammo for the Bella sisters so shoot everyone in the head, kick them in the face, and then knife them when they are on the ground. As for the Bella Sisters, you need to get into a corner where you can see both of them at the same time. Aim for the head, or for the legs. Flash Grenades and Flame grenades work well on them. When you are at that area where the sisters first show up, knock down the ladders so that you can shoot at them while they straighten the ladder back up.
