Well, one could assume that to make sense of something one would need prior knowledge of the thing that requires sense to be made out of in the first place, however, if one can make sense out of it in the first placw without prior knowledge, did they truly make sense of it, or was it just knowledge of other things that allowed them to make sense out of it?
