Today, this morning, I caught this Roselia. When I sent it into battle, it does the usual dance thing that all pokemon does, but also flicks to green for a second as well. Im just wondering if its special, like a shiny or something. Can someone help me?

depends what you mena by flicker
if its a ring of stars, its shiny
if just a small show of green most likely a glitch

Don't worry about the green flicker, think that just happens when you throw it into battle, not when see it in the field.

All pokemon have their own way of doing that. When they're sent into battle, they go from a dark or light colored shadow to the detailed pic of the pokemon. You're actually the first person I've seen(aside from me) who actually noticed that.
In other words, the flicker is normal.
