FF&RP Discussion Thread: Generation IV

I still maintain this thread should have been made by Sotek or Cervy de Leon.

Yeah, FF&RP is disappointing, but what can you do?

What does the current title of this thread have to do with FF and RP discussion?

I mean apart from the 'FF&RP Discussion Thread IV:' part of the title. I understand that When Worlds Collide is a fic here, but what does it have to do with this thread?


Also, FF&RP needs a decent fic or Roleplay added to it. Things are really becoming dreary around here.

Agreed. Two decent fics and no decent roleplays is not enough for the forum to survive on.

We've all tried. FF&RP cannot be salvaged at this time.

I think some of the senior RPers have simply given up. Doesn't ANYBODY have a good idea for a Role Play?

The greats of FF&RP should hivemind and create a Super Roleplay. Except for me. I'll just hang back and take credit when they post it.

I've been wanting to get Sion and Auron out of the basement.

As long as I still get to be Xel'turoth, I'm happy enough.

Ok. I'll make a two year age progression on the story, making Sion 28, and Auron **gasp** 30!

It seems to my like most of the role plays are simply getting repetitive. Future weapons, let's go kill this guy, avenge family, blah, blah, blah. The most orriginal I can remember was when shadowoblivion brought animals in, which I hadn't seen here before. Shame it died.

Or you could join X's rp. Which I promise Currymonster won't scold you.

First of all, nobody knocked chess.

And I get where you're coming from, but we've tried the other options. We've had real-life themes, rps where you play as a god, roleplays that were completely parallel to each other... you name it. Offer up a good roleplay and chances are you'll get some entries. You'll just have to see where it goes. Most people stick with the basics because they're what we know and love best.

Each time I've tried something newish, it's done ok, until everybody stopped posting.
I still say my best RP idea was the Immortal idea.

Eh, pretty tired, posting here and heading off, I had fun at school to.
Best part was even though it was last day, we still had to go to lessons, but normally we stay in a certain place all day, for photography I didn't have none of my stuff because of this, so my teacher said theres no point in you being here, so I said fine, **** this I'll go somewhere else and walked out.
Then I watched Family Guy and Happy Gilmore in my maths class for 2 hours.
Best day ever.

Well...as soon as you come up with a good one, let meh know. I'd love to get into the 'Roleplay scene'

Yes but everyone brushed it off! And the rp was based off of the Redwall series, but had different characters. Now, I could re-do to make it better or something!
